♥ In Hopes of a Life Less Ordinary ♥

I’ve been thinking a lot about what kind of work I want to do when I graduate. I know I want to take a few years off before I start graduate school for a Masters, and eventually go back for a Ph.D. I have this little voice in my head that is pulling me towards doing research in the Arctics. I would love to do this, but a part of me dismisses it like it’s a childhood dream (like being an Egyptologist)….it seems like no one really gets to have those cool jobs anymore. I have been wondering how I’d be able to get into arctic work. I’d love to do diving out there, but I’m only certified for basic AAUS training. Where do I even start? Any advice out there?
